* We all love children, but for thier safety and the relaxation of the client, children are not allowed in the salon unless being serviced.
* Cancellations & rescheduling your appointment or changes to service MUST be done within 24 hours of your appointment. Customers who cancel their appointment in less than 24hrs and no call no show will be charged $50 cancelation fee.

* Due to limited seating, please do not bring any guests to your appointment.
* Client satisfaction is our goal. If the client is not pleased with the service performed at Ms O Salon we will correct or adjust the service if possible and within reason at no cost to the client. Problems or corrections must be noted within 3 days for this guarantee. We do not issue refunds for any service provided.

* No Call/No Show’s must speak with the Salon Manager personally to reschedule, there will be a fee assessed to your next appointment for the inconvenience

■We highly respect ALL client’s time & we DO NOT overbook appointments. You will incur a $25 fee for the inconvenience at your next visit
■You are more than 30 minutes late we cannot service you due to a full book. you may only be service at the discretion of the stylist. (You may also have to reschedule your appointment)

■New Clients Cash or Credit/Debit Card ONLY
■Existing Clients Cash, Credit/Debit Card, or Personal Check (pre-approved by the stylist)
■Weekend Clients Saturday Cash Only: We are unable to accept checks or credit/debit card payments for extensions, weaves, or any hair replacement services.
